Services

I help individuals break free from chronic discomfort by reducing pain, restoring range of motion, and calming nervous systems through a results-driven approach to bodywork. By integrating Swedish massage with deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and lymphatic facilitation, I build adaptive treatment plans unique to your body’s specific needs.

In my practice I want to help support clients that want to feel relaxed or are navigating complex issues, offering dedicated, low-friction protocols designed for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) alongside a trauma-informed, client-led framework that prioritizes physical agency. Whether you are working through mobility limitations, managing systemic inflammation, or seeking a reliable space to rebuild bodily safety, or just seeking relaxation, every session is carefully tailored to help you get back to feeling good in your own body.

30 Minute Massage

$60

A 30-minute express therapeutic massage cuts straight to the chase. This hyper-focused session bypasses a full-body routine to dedicate every single minute to your primary area of pain or restriction, such as a stiff neck from desk work, a tight lower back, or sore calves from training.

This short but impactful window will be used to reduce pain, increase mobility, and get you back to doing the things you enjoy.

60 Minute Massage

$100

A 60-minute therapeutic massage is designed to address specific areas of pain, tension, and structural imbalance. We will spend extra time focused on the muscle groups causing you discomfort.

An hour is the ideal timeframe to achieve meaningful relief in one or two primary problem areas while still promoting overall physical recovery. Leave the table moving more freely! This is also the perfect amount of time for if you need some relaxation!

90 Minute Massage

$130

A 90-minute therapeutic massage offers the best chance at unraveling chronic muscle patterns and complex tension webs.

This extended session gives me the necessary time to carefully warm up superficial muscle layers before safely working deep into multiple problem areas, like your lower back, shoulders, and hips, without ever feeling rushed.
